SUMMER CAMP RATES (May – Aug):

  • For an existing camp or retreat:
    • Rates and availability are dependent on the organization hosting the event. Additional rates may apply if additional cabins are requested. These are typically $50 per night. Please contact the camp manager for questions concerning rates and availability and additional cabin requests. CALENDAR.
  • To create your own summer camp:
    • Rates are typically $25/person/night + $8/meal (100 person minimum, 3 night minimum).
    • Please contact the camp manager for availability. Contact information is provided on the footer of this webpage.

RETREAT RATES (Sep – Apr):

  • $35/person/night + $8/meal (Weekdays) ($1,000 minimum).
  • $40/person/night + $10/meal (Weekends) ($1,500 minimum).
  • Rates include lodging, meals, and use of facilities.
  • If your group wishes to provide its own meals, see below for the Facility Rates (Sep – Apr).
  • Available dates can be found on the camp CALENDAR and reserved using the Event Reservation Form.

FACILITY RATES (Sep – Apr):

  • The following rates only apply to groups providing their own meals.
  • NOTE: THE KITCHEN AND SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT ARE NOT FOR RENT. GROUPS WISHING TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN MEALS (i.e. crockpot, pre-cooked items) MUST USE ITEMS PURCHASE PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT CEDAR HILLS. GROUPS MAY USE A GRILL FOR COOKING OUTSIDE THE KITCHEN AREA. (please contact camp manager if you have any questions about the use of the kitchen).
  • *Weekend Rates add $10 per person per night.
  • *Swimming pool add $25 per hour of use for each pool.
  • Dorm + Cafeteria – each bunk house sleeps 48 (24 on each side), includes restrooms and showers.
    • $25/person/night
    • $250/night minimum.
  • Cafeteria – available for an event and/or meals.
    • $200/day. The Conference Room is an additional $100/day.
    • Includes use of the outdoor recreation areas and pavilions.
  • Tabernacle – seats approximately 400.
    • $200/day.
    • Groups may bring their own sound and video equipment, however CHBYC does have this available for rental of $100 per day.
  • Nurses Station
    • 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and kitchen
    • $25/person/night (no minimum)

RETREAT HOUSE AND RV CAMPSITE (Jan-Dec):

*Weekend Rates add $10 per person per night.

Retreat House – 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and kitchen.

  • $25/person/night $100 per night (minimum)
  • RV Campsite – includes electric, water, and waste hookups.
    • $25/night.
    • Per person rates apply during summer camp and retreats.
